The spacious open-plan living and dining room, comes with a gas fireplace, TV with DirecTV satellite or Comcast cable, DVD, CD player, telephone, 1/2-bath, and access to the back deck.

The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom units occupy 2048 square feet of living space, and the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom comes in at 2360 square feet. Bed configurations and occupancies vary from unit to unit, so please check individual property descriptions at the time of booking. However, as standard, each master bathroom features an additional shower unit and two sinks.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, Viking gas range, a separate cozy eating nook with 2nd gas fireplace, and access to the front deck.

Red Quill units are built with 9 ft high interior ceilings adding to the sense of spaciousness. Heating is either gas forced air or in-floor radiant heat, and washer & dryer and 1-car garage came as standard. Subject to availability, some units have their own private outdoor hot-tub.
