The living room has a TV, VCR & DVD player, and wood stove, and opens to a dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Four full-sized bedrooms incorporate a king-sized bed in the master, two twins in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen-sized bed in the fourth. Great fun for the kids, a den/study leads to a loft with double-size futon ensuring total bedding for up to 12 people.
An oversized 2-car garage, wrap-around driveway, deck, washer & dryer, plus mud room complete the amenities for one of our favorite private homes. Nearby access to the Arapahoe National Forest provides guests with opportunities for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter, and mountain biking or hiking in summer.
