The Ferret Lane home was built in the late 1990's and can be your home-away-from-home.
The 2,600 square foot home is spread out on three levels and is perfect for a large family vacation or family gathering at any time of the year.
Located in a small, pleasant neighborhood, just 5.5 miles from the ski area. During the winter ski season, there will be a free shuttle for transportation.
811 Ferret Lane has been tastefully decorated and furnishing throughout the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This non smoking home can sleep up to 13 people.
The top floor has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and full bath.
The open loft which over looks the living room has a mountain view and queen sofa sleeper.
The main floor has the dining room, kitchen and living-room with free-standing wood stove, TV, VCR and DVD player and large deck commanding a magnificent view of Byers Peak.
The two bedrooms on this floor share the full bathroom. One has a Queen bed and the second has 1 King bed.
The ground floor has the remaining two bedrooms - one with Captains bunks and the other with 1 Queen.
Additional amenities on this floor are a separate bathroom, private indoor 5-person hot tub and access from the 1 car garage.
