Situated on the 3rd floor, the elevated ceilings add to the sense of spaciousness in this 895 square foot, 2-bedroom 2 bathroom unit.
The unit comprises an open-plan living-room with wood fireplace, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar, and access to the deck with views out to the forest and Continental Divide beyond.
A comfortable and relaxed living area is complemented by flat screen TV, VCR-DVD player, plus CD system and a Queen sofa sleeper.
There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Captain's Bunk and 1 Twin.
The unit also has bonus amenities including a washer and dryer, 1-car garage, ski locker.
Guests will enjoy Club Meadow Ridge located less than 1 mile away. The clubhouse has an outdoor heated pool, large outdoor hot tubs, sauna, workout facility, racquetball courts, ski shop, wireless internet access, coin operated laundry and tennis courts.
This location is 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort. During the winter ski season, there will be a free shuttle for transportation.
