Beaver Village Condominiums epitomize comfort and convenience, located just 1.5 miles from the Ski Area, just a 5 minute walk to the main downtown shopping and restaurant area of Cooper Creek Square, and across the highway from the popular winter activities of snowmobiling and sleigh rides.
Beaver Condos are located on the free shuttle route and is the last pick-up in town on the way up to the Winter Park Resort, just a 5-minute ride away.
If you don't want to leave the property for activities, there are great snowshoe and cross country trails accessible.
The summer bike path leads to the great mountain biking trail system of Winter Park.
The clubhouse has an indoor pool, 2 hot-tubs, sauna, laundry and vending.
