~Premier Property~
Bear Crossing unit 310 is a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom unit in our Bear Crossing town home complex.
The Bear Crossing complex has been designated within our ~Premier Property~ collection because of the high quality of interior design and unit amenities. The town home complex was planned to maximize the mountain range view of the Indian Peak Wilderness to James Peak for each unit on a low density 7-acre site.
The property's location is 1 mile from downtown. During the ski season, the free shuttle bus stops 150 yards from the main complex entrance. If you choose to utilize this service, you will need to walk from your specific unit to the shuttle stop and therefore we do recommend guests have their own transportation if they do not want to walk to the shuttle stop.
In the summer months, the property location allows for easy access to the Arapahoe National Forest and huge trail system that makes Winter Park famous for unlimited biking and hiking.
This unit at Bear Crossing has 1,608 square feet in a 3 level floor plan. The main level entrance is adjacent to the 1-car garage and you will walk into the spacious great room. The high vaulted ceilings accent the double height glass windows providing a mountain view. The gas fireplace is in the sunken living room with comfortable leather sofas, flat screen LCD cable TV, DVD player and queen sofa sleeper.
The dining area is in the open area adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the living room area. You can access the private balcony from this area to enjoy the views of the Continental Divide. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a small breakfast bar area with seating for 3 people; solid wood cabinetry and hardwood floors are thoughout this area.
The upper level of the town home has the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and full bathroom.
The lower level of unit 310 has an open den area to read, relax and enjoy your mountain getaway or access the private patio with outdoor hot tub. The bedroom on this floor has a double bunk bed with twin trundle and full bathroom. The adjacent laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

It was lovely - only needs were a garage door opener & wireless internet; these would make it even more appealing.

Everything about this property is excellent. Very comfortable. Beautifully built with lovely finishing touches. Our only complaints were...a garage door opener would have made our stay better as well as wireless Internet. You would think that a property of this quality would have both, and we have stayed in other properties where these amenities were in place.

Spacious for two families. Had some issues that were not resolved while staying here. There was not a grill as stated. Hot tub was not clean and no window treatments (ie: blinds, curtains). The townhome was clean and nice otherwise. The skiing was great as was the snowmobiling!
