Standard Properties - Colorado Condo Rentals - Winter Park

All units on the Vacations Inc rental program are subject to a rigorous annual inspection and evaluation process to ensure that the quality and subsequent grading of each unit is maintained on a regular basis.  Our units are rated "1" for Very Good/Excellent; "2" for Good/Standard; or "3" for Moderate.

Standard units are well maintained, respectable units in good condition and typical of one might expect in a regular vacation rental property in the mountains, without all the bells and whistles of a superior or Winter Park premier property. These units might have undergone some recent renovation and updating in the past few years, although it might not have been throughout the whole unit and may not include all items of furniture or appliances. Nevertheless, our standard units are clean, comfortable, in proper working order, and everything one would expect from a normal condo rental in Winter Park.
