This 6-story high rise building offers 1-3 bedroom unit types. Most all units offer split-level interiors, spacious floor plans, private balconies and some units have fabulous views of the Continental Divide; other units will have either a town view or back of the building view which during the summer provides a grassy patio area.
All units have access from the interior hallways via elevator, fully equipped kitchens and living room areas with gas fireplace (exception will be the 1 bedroom room type, which does not have a fireplace);Â private ski lockers, cable TV, DVD and some with VCRs.
