A perhaps mistaken memory tells me that, some years ago, I read about a school bus accident which occurred in perhaps the year 1988 (1989?) near Berthoud Pass, Colorado. Supposedly, a highway crew accidentally caused an avalanche which quickly buried a school bus full of kids and caused perhaps 24 fatalities. I cannot currently find anything about it on the Internet. Would you perhaps know if there ever was such an accident? If so, could you tell me where to find an authoritative source regarding the details? I need that for the latest book I&#039;m writing.
